NOTICE OF HEARING
Under authority of OCGA 31-5-1 Dougherty County Board of Health will conduct a Public Hearing relative to adoption of ``Rules and Regulations of Body Art Studios and Tattoo/Body Piercing Artist``. The Public Hearing will be held on Friday, May 16, 2008, at 10:00 a.m., at 240 Pine Avenue, Government Annex Building, 3rd Floor, Suite 380, Albany, Georgia.
Copies of the proposed Rule may be viewed at the Dougherty County Health Department located at 1710 South Slappey Blvd., or at the Environmental Health Section office at 240 Pine Avenue, 3rd Floor, Room 360.
Those wishing to offer com ment on the proposed rules may do so in writing or by signing up to speak at the hearing. speakers are asked to prepare their comments in advance and to make their comments as concise as possible in order to afford all who wish to speak an opportunity to do so. Written comments may be submitted on the date of the hearing or sent to the address below prior to or postmarked by the date of the hearing.
