By virtue of a power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from MARIA CUMMINGS and DAVID A. CUMMINGS to ALBANY BANK & TRUST, dated May 20, 2005, and recorded in Deed Book 2980, Pages 280-286, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Dougherty County, Georgia, said Deed to Secure Debt having originally been given to secure that certain promissory note dated May 20, 2005 between MARIA CUMMINGS and DAVID A.
