WHEREAS, on the 17th day of March, 2008, the United States Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia filed a Verified Complaint for For feiture in Civil Action No. 1:08-CV-40(WLS) in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia against: one 2002 GMC Yukon Denali, VIN: 1GKFK66U82J298820 (hereinafter referred to as ``defendant property``), seized from Darius Morrell Faulk on October 16, 2007 in Dothan, Alabama, in a cause of action alleging forfeiture pursuant to 21 U.S.C. 881(a)(6); and
WHEREAS, by virtue of process in due form of law to me directed, I, Theresa A. Rodgers, United States Marshal, have arrested defen dant property and have same under my custody;
