Two Public Hearings will be held to offer vendors, contrac tors, industry rep resentatives, and others the opportunity to share personal experiences and other infor mation related to starting and expanding businesses, obtaining financing, insuran ce and bonding, outreach efforts and assistance programs, obtaining work with local governments in the Albany area and other local establishments, subcon tracting, and other topics. Testimony will become part of the public record for the Dis parity Study.
