The project includes the construction of a central sixteen foot diameter black granite veneer pedestal with fountain, LED lighting and outdoor sound system and rotating mechanical com ponents for the display of a bronze statue prepared by others to be placed by contractor. The park also in cludes the construction of two open air pavilions, including one 65 square foot utility room, approximately 2,000 square yards of colored concrete, standard concrete and concrete pavers walkways and sidewalks, 170 linear feet of poured in place colored concrete seatwall, 600 linear feet of concrete block seatwall, 950 square feet of concrete block retaining wall, 4,200 square feet of stone veneer, 1,200 linear feet of concrete steps, 379 linear feet of handrails, minor demolition work, and associated grading, erosion control, drainage, land scaping and irrigation activities.
