Project NH-0006-2(57) con verts the existing cloverleaf interchange of SR 3/Liberty Expressway with SR 133/ Moultrie Road to a Parclo A interchange. The northeast and southwest loop ramps will be removed, while adding a left-turn lane to the sout hbound and northbound exit ramps, and median openings and signals on Moultrie Road at the two new ramp ter minals. The northbound to eastbound exit ramp will be shifted to the west to increase the weaving distance between the interchange and a truck terminal just east of the interchange. Widening both sides of the Moultrie Road bridge over Liberty Expres sway will lengthen the deceleration lanes and separate them from through lane with a concrete barrier to improve safety. All proposed improvements are accomplis hed within existing right-of- way.
